You will have a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered, or in the application process. With outstanding communication and people skills, you will have the ability to work autonomously, treating children and adults with a wide range of conditions. You will communicate complex and sensitive information effectively and compassionately, providing motivation and support to those in your care. Following the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists’ standards and guidelines you will be rigorous in seeking appropriate professional assistance when the capacity for consent is in doubt. You will be supportive of patients’ and their carers, adept at assessing their needs and formulating specialised programmes of treatment. In addition, you will have a passion for sharing your knowledge and managing and mentoring more junior members of your team. Your energy and drive will be rewarded with the support of a dedicated team that strives to create a progressive, warm, friendly and compassionate environment. You will enjoy working across multiple sites and have access to your own car.
