The post holder will provide high quality care to people who have been experiencing pain for more than three months.   IPASS facilitate stepped care between GPs and secondary care, with the aim of providing quicker access to specialist physiotherapy and psychology input therefore preventing chronicity from developing.  The post will cover the West of Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust and will there include travel between sites.
