A practitioner with highly developed clinical skills who will have professional responsibility for designated clients. Conducting assessments, care co-ordination, long term casework, purchasing of services and supervision of staff are some of the core activities of the post.  Working collaboratively with other disciplines and other teams on the locality are essential in order to ensure a comprehensive service is provided to the local population.  As a member of the team the post holder will need to be able to manage high levels of responsibility.
