Berkshire Healthcare are currently recruiting into the position of Service Manager for the Liaison and Diversion Services covering the Thames Valley, Hampshire and Isle of White

 

This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of Liaison and Diversion Service across Thames Valley and Hampshire/IOW and its development in-line with the National Model. The role will lead and manage a non-medical multi professional team and will require the post holder to act as a clinical lead for these services

 

This role will be responsible for developing and shaping a strategy to develop key parts of the service’s to deliver a joined up, cohesive and efficient service which provides high quality outcomes for all of its patients/customers.

 

This role will drive forward strategic objectives to develop services with an aim of becoming beacon services locally and nationally
