An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Diabetes Service within Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The Diabetes Specialist Nursing Service provides a Service across both East and West Berkshire.

You will be part of the Community Diabetes Specialist Nursing Team based at the Diabetes Centre in Windsor.

As a Diabetes Educator you will work closely with the Diabetes Senior Project Manager to deliver education sessions for people with type 2 diabetes in East Berkshire. Some evening and weekend work would be expected as part of the role

If you are a registered nurse or dietitian and are motivated, enthusiastic, need a challenge and have some previous experience in diabetes disease management or facilitating groups then we would like to hear from you
